mussels, scallops, local pickerel, & lobster before folding in a variety of fresh vegetables, wild garlic, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
A Creole favourite. Loaded up in the pan with smoked sausage, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables. Seasoned with our Louisiana spice blend.
Served with tomato and rice.
